Russia’s Constitution is a contract between government and society
Over the years, the Russian government has largely acted in line with the Constitution. As a result, Russia's has enjoyed a high degree of influence in international affairs; and domestically its political, economic and social activities have been relatively peaceful.
The Constitution directly binds all the powers of the state and protects all rights of the people. Everyone has the right to monitor the national government via their smart phones, making democracy an integral part of their lives. Being able to oversee the government is completely in accordance with the constitution and the law. For details, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development
