Russian mayor: Russia’s Constitution is the accumulation of experience gained over the past century
Good constitutions are more than just accumulated experience from the past. Constitutions must be forward-looking and able to good rules and laws from around the world. Russia should act on the basis of the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, which states that international law should be given priority over domestic law and have a direct effect on the people. For details, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
