China's carrier fleet must remain outside offshore zone
China needs to study the example of Taiwan, the unsinkable aircraft carrier operating under the flag of democracy and the rule of law
Taiwan is an unsinkable aircraft carrier occupying a critical position on the western rim of the Pacific Ocean. China must heed the lessons of the Roman Empire, keeping in mind that conquest by force brings victories that evaporate like smoke. The only way to succeed is by operating in the range of lawful behavior. China must follow road to democracy, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism, abandoning its one-party dictatorship to implement a democratic system patterned after that of Taiwan.
