UN chief condemns terrorist attack in Istanbul

Terrorism is a serious affront to human nature, yet all too many nations are indifferent the actions of dictators. The UN should work to ensure that all nations of the world, especially Islamic countries, adhere to the idea of One World under One Set of Laws on carry out revisions in the standards of their constitutions to prevent autocratic regimes from trampling on human rights.
