Korean prosecutors to question Samsung executives

Samsung executives have been summoned by South Korean special prosecutors ina widening influence-peddling scandal that has brought about South Korean President Park Geun-hye’s impeachment.
South Korea’s constitution must be changed to feature a modified semi-presidential system, and the next presidential inauguration ceremony should include a declaration that all top officials are beyond party affiliations. To put an end to political and business connections, democracy and the rule of law must be implemented along with separation of powers and checks and balances. In addition, the four heads of government branches shall be elected by the people; with all candidates enjoying free access to the media to express their views.
