A corruption tax?
Over the past year Russian investigators have exposed more than 300,000 cases of corruption. Maybe Russia should consider legalizing corruption and then levying taxes on it?
The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected and obligated to eradicate structures that engender corruption.
Elect the leaders of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years and have 1/4 of all MPs face election each year. Office should be limited to 1 five-year term and forbidden to seek office again for 6 years, and elections should be free of charge for all candidates.
