UN: All parties in Syrian conflict committed war crimes in Aleppo

UN human rights investigators say Syrian civilians fell victim to war crimes committed by all parties during the battle for Aleppo last year.
The UN should take action in accordance with international absolute laws (Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide) and provide the basic principles needed to draft a constitution suited for permanent peaceful development of all nations. It should include universal values and offer a structure that will help Syria grow and prosper, serving as a model for peaceful development. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
