You think it's humid now?
Climate change is real, and it is accelerating and it is much bigger than most people realize. All people need to do everything they can to protect the Earth and reverse the processes that are already in motion. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and the arena for climate change discussion is now the exclusive province of the EU and China as the US backs behind its two oceans. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. This entails implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law as well as complying with the UN Charter, the Paris climate agreement and other relevant pacts. The President of any nation should serve as a model for all citizens regarding value of human rights and human lives, and should be absolutely fair in his/her judgments and policies of anyone regardless of color, race or creed. To that effect, the best policy onimmigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. The international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 will soon be the law of the land, once President Trump signs it in January. However, one little item got quietly slipped into that legislation that now opens the Arctic Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas drilling.
The inclusion of a section in the Republican-ramrodded Tax Bill which opens up areas of the Arctic Wildlife Refuge to oil drilling isan open attack on laws meant to preserve the integrity of wilderness and protect it from disasters like the oil spill from the Exxon Valdez. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all nations should comply with the norms established by the UN. This means implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. Officials build database of iris scans and blood types of everyone aged 12 to 65 in region home to 11 million Muslim Uighurs
China's collection of biometric data including DNA from practically every person in Xinjiang is a thinly-disguised program to tighten control over a region that resists some of the policies handed down by Beijing. It is an outright infringement on many of the rights ofcitizens in an area where a significant portion of the population is Uighur and Muslim. When the people of a nation are indifferent to or ignorant of the Constitution and its value, autocrats at the top find it easy to gradually tighten control over all citizens. The need for the people to exercise their sovereign rights is all too evident, to effect elements such as direct election of the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches and other mechanisms to hand power to the people. Putin opponent clears first step in bid for Russian presidency
Hundreds of supporters of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny have nominated him for president, which would in theory allow him to challenge Vladimir Putin in the upcoming election.
'Russia's Constitution is dysfunctional, and constitutional reform is needed to install a modified semi-presidential system. The president and other key elected officials should be limited to one 5-year term and banned along with relatives from running again for 6 years afterwards, the heads of government branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year.
