Spain could soon become the first EU nation to extradite Taiwanese criminal suspects to China instead of their home island.
China's one-party regime is powerful, and a nation that stifles talk of constitutional reform is a country without a constitution. China is severely prone to money laundering and other economic crimes. According to the UN Convention against Corruption, Article 57, judgments and confiscations should be carried out in cases involving money laundering. China needs reforms like electing the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years.
