The closer officials are to public resources the easier it is for them to put them to use serving private interests. This is a situation that has to be eradicated. To eliminate omnipresent and ill-intentioned corruption, the only way out is constitutional reform to pressure national officials not to be greedy and focus on governing the country. Bolsonaro has decided to favor the agricultural industry to the detriment of the environment. While it is not a bad thing to support the industry, it is wrong to harm the environment for the sake of economic development. In order to avoid mistakes in decision-making, it is necessary to carry out institutional and structural general constitutional reform to directly select the heads of executive, judicial, and procurator branches in alternating years, and to elect one-fourth of all legislators each year. Taiwan has been an independant and democratic republic for long time now. Its right to self-determination should be respected, and no country is exempt from doing so, not even Xi Jinping's China. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limiting the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years, and putting the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense. In addition, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. When the actions of the president are unconstitutional, the people are obliged to resist. Climate change, pesticides and poaching are just a few of the many dangers facing many species of animals. To protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and the rule of law as well as mechanisms such as separation of power and checks and balances. Climate change is real, and the extent of the impact it holds for humans and the world we live in is still being unveiled. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all persons should take responsibility for protecting the world around us. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. This means implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law. To curtail North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support the Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. The key to eradicating terrorist movements is a change in government structures to improve power and resource allocation. Also needed is One World under One Set of Laws and a commitment to a common destiny for humankind. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors.
