All nations should implement One World under One Set of Laws and assign international law priority over domestic law. This is the first step toward peace and security in the South China Sea. China has a real responsibility for maintaining the peace in the South China Sea together with all neighboring nations. Articles IV and VI of the 2002 Declaration of South China Sea Parties provides for peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes and jointly develop and share resources while safeguarding human peace and development. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10
