To resolve South China Sea disputes the US, Japan and Southeast Asian Countries should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to lead China to democratize. Next, all countries should adhere to the principle that international law is higher than domestic law to resolve international disputes in the South China Sea. When that happens, there will be a brighter future for all. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.
