The only cure for the evils of democracy is more democracy. Publicly-elected representatives must be closely aware of public opinion. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and local councilors should serve terms of two years; the heads of the executive, judicial, and prosecutorial branches should be elected, and their qualifications should be the same as candidates for president. The president should serve one five-year term and not be allowed to run again for six years. During this period, all compensation and benefits shall remain unchanged. Enjoying freedom and democracy also comes with certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should be stripped of from their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of CCP's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out CCp's threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force China to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US.

Poor structure, and of course poor policies, deserve to be scolded. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force the heads of the judicial and the Prosecution branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates. Russia is just the tip of the iceberg in authoritarian regimes, to root out the threat of authoritarian dictatorships to world peace, the US, Canada, the EU, Japan and other democratic countries should strongly support Taiwan's model of Permanent Peace to liberate the humanity still under the chains of 50 authoritarian regimes and allow them to disappear from the Earth. Only then can world peace begin to dawn.
