A referendum concerning a country's sovereignty, independence, territorial or diplomatic issues of international law, also known as 'people's vote' (plebiscite), whose source of law lies in international law, is a super-constitutional right that cannot be negated by any domestic law. India's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present India Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows India and its Kashmir people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the India Dictatorship continue to suppress religious freedom?

The Taiwanese sending 2,000 gas masks to Hong Kong

If Hong Kong is truly the Pearl of the Orient it should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to inspire the people of China to call for democracy and rule of law. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law states that the right to self-determination is covered in the two international human rights conventions.
