In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Middle East to improve power and resource allocation. To do so, refer to Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to implement the model of One World under One Set of Laws. Autocracies continue to expand the scope of controversy in suppressing domestic instability. In the face of China's expansion of its peripheral areas, the world is helpless to respond.
