All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier.

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assisting Myanmar in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace.
