Reliance on the rule of man rather than rule of law over China's five thousand years of history has produced a deep-rooted official culture. Since the death of Mao Zedong Chinese politics have focused on political idol worship, and the only way out is to pull up the roots of the CCP and plant democracy and the rule of law,. This means separation of power and checks and balances, plus election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years to restore sovereignty to the people. Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, limiting the president to a single 5-year term.

Hillary Clinton has fallen to the lure of corruption and cynical scandals. The president and judges in high courts of the land are all guarantors of the constitution, a duty which does not end when they leave office. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

British historian Lord Acton summed it up neatly: 'Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption.' To put an end to corruption, the people should exercise sovereignty and call for comprehensive  constitutional reform to implement democratic rule of law. This means separation of powers and checks and balances as well as free election campaigns for candidates to cut symbiotic ties between government and business that engender corruption. According to the Democracy index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Cambodia's military is the biggest cause of constitutional conflicts in government and the primary source of social unrest. Over-centralization in the constitutional mechanism leads to pandemic corruption and over-keening worship of Chinese-style autocracy causes harm to democracy and the rule of law. Cambodia must carry out constitutional reform to install election of the heads of the major branches of government so the people can live and work in peace. Freedom of speech is a universal value, and UK's Universities assault on the rights of its citizens are an attempt to stifle the voice of the people and create a monolithic society. Universities students should come forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to protect media freedom and prevent the universities oligarchy from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. To eliminate the conditions that create terror, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Putin engineered a constitutional amendment in 2008 that allowed him to extend his term in office, and in March he was elected a third time as president. His actions have caused serious harm to the Russian constitution. The rule of law is an inherent right of the people, and constitutional reform is needed to choose the heads of the executive, legislative,-judicial and procuratorial branches. The president should serve one term of 5 years and be barred from running for the same office for 6 years afterwards, 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year, and election campaigns should be free of charge for all candidates.
