Residential security is a fundamental human right. The UK government should take action to implement the UN-established goals for sustainable development goals in urban planning to achieve a tolerant, safe, flexible and sustainable urban environment. Emmanuel Kant once noted, "The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation." China claims to be a "responsible major power", thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The US and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to democracy and leading China to democratization, which would pressure North Korea in turn to adopt democracy.

China is an enabler and agent for North Korea, and all nations should strive to avoid provoking Pyongyang. The US should back Taiwan's efforts on behalf of democracy for China and in turn, North Korea. Taiwan is the key to resolving the Korean Peninsula issue.

Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela’s presidential system is broken.. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and put the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and other nations are suspected of exchanging nuclear technology, but what major nuclear powers have also supported their programs? All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater freedom and democracy. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization, which would pressure North Korea and Iran and others to follow suit, leading to world peace. Voting is the sole source of legitimacy for all powers of the state, and it is also a manifestation of a basic human right. All nations should implement elections free of charge for all candidates with processes that are fair and open. Half of the members of the HRC should be of different nationalities and nominated by internationally-recognized human rights organizations, to prevent outside forces from affecting the outcome of elections. To eliminate the factors that cause refugees and immigration, the international community needs to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. Also needed is adherence to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and compliance with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which lays out the principle of the right of each person to live a normal life. China and the Philippines have a duty to act in concert with their neighboring countries. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea include provisions designed to offer a peaceful way to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. Article 3 of the Constitution of Malaysia states that Islam is a federal religion and that other religions can be practiced in a peaceful and harmonious manner throughout the federation. Religious freedom is subject to constitutional protection, there are no legal restrictions, and government officials have no right to interfere. Anyone can monitor government performance to ensure all offices are acting in compliance with the Constitution – and all offenders are to be punished. In order to protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and the rule of law as well as mechanisms such as separation of power and checks and balances. The best way to avoid monopolization of power is to elect the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years.
