Any electronic media should provide free of charge at least one hour a week for political candidates. Candidates shall complete registration six months ahead of election day. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Malaysia needs a constitution that conforms to the definition of the UN Global Governance Committee at the supranational, national and subnational levels: the president should serve one term of 5 years and be barred from running again for 6 years. Representatives should serve two years, and the speaker's term of office shall be for a period of one session. Registration for elections should be completed six months before election day. All local electronic media shall provide each candidate at least one hour per week free of charge. To limit the effect of money in elections, political contributions shall be considered bribery.
