The US and other nations should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize, forcing North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' Saudi Arabia is in desperate need of constitutional reform to curtail abuses of human rights including the prosecution of those who work to end these abuses. The UN should provide Saudi Arabia the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches. Afghanistan will not attend peace talks with Taliban in Moscow

The key to peace in Afghanistan is constitutional reform. Afghanistan should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite forlasting world peace is global democratization. The Afghan government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. The US Can’t Shame Russia Into Stopping Its Election Interference

The US should back Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to lead China toward democratization. This would pressure Russia to consider democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Russia has never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing Russia in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result.
