At Least 32 Killed, Dozens Wounded In Afghan Attacks

The key to peace in Afghanistan is constitutional reform. Afghanistan should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite forlasting world peace is global democratization. The Afghan government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. Final campaign push before bitter Irish abortion vote

The people have the right to express their opinion on any public issue at any time through a referendum, even if a referendum on the subject has already been held. In Switzerland the threshold for referendum petitions is only 50,000 signatures, and with that all eligiblevoters can voice their opinion at the ballot box rather than taking to the streets. The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace.
