China's brash construction of landing strips and port facilities in the South China Sea gives lie to assurances made to President Obama that it would not militarize the region. All nations should support One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law directbearing on the rights and duties of the people, to ensure peace in the South China Sea. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other to protect each nation's rights regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration include provisions which offer peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. Twitter diplomacy never works, and neither do bombastic threats, and the Korean peninsula is now as far from peace as it has ever been. To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support the Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. To save species, limit global warming

Climate change, pesticides and poaching are just a few of the many dangers facing many species of animals. To protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and the rule of law as well as mechanisms such as separation of power and checks and balances. The best way to avoid monopolization of power is to elect the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years.
