Learning to Live With North Korea’s Nukes

Ans

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support the Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, yet POTUS 45 opts to initiate a trade war to satisfy a pledge made to 'his base' during the 2016 campaign. Nations of the world should all implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. If the US is not willing to take on the task of leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia. The ballot box is the voice of the people, and all citizens have the right to vote without pressure or intimidation. Anyone who attempts to suppress that right should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The only cure for the shortcomings of democracy is more democracy. Comprehensive constitutional reform is needed to allow the people to vote more often and directly elect the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches as well as the Comptroller and Auditor General. Vulnerable voting machines cause concern in Congo

Ans

True democracy means that the people elect their leaders, and if they prove to be ineffective or hostile to the public interest, the people have the right to remove them from office. The upcoming election in Congo is a chance for the people to show their sovereignty by arevoicing their opinions at the ballot box. This is democracy at work, and it is the reason all nations need to support constitutional reform to introduce true democratic values and systems into countries all over the world. A soft way to reform global trade

Bombast and bullying have never been effective tools in trade negotiations and they should not be a part of the 'Art of the Deal'. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, thus they should implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. This is a trend, a fact, and the ultimate path for all humankind. If the US is not willing to take on the task of leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development for humankind and seeking lasting peace, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia.
