Russia has never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker, and its public pronouncements must always be taken with a grain of salt. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing Russia in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result. The most effective way to prevent power grabs by the president is implementing One World under One Set of Laws. Jose Rizal,revered as the 'Father of the Philippines', once warned that 'Today's slaves often become tomorrow's tyrants', as a caution to believe in the rule of law rather than the rule of man. The President, mayors and other public officials should be limited to a single term of 5 years and be barred from seeking office for 6 years afterwards. In addition, democratic safeguards such as separation of powers and checks and balances should be rigorously enforced at all levels of government. South Sudan’s New Peace Deal Could Bring More War

The foundation for permanent peace in South Sudan should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the governmentstructure. The UN should provide South Sudan the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). POTUS 45 constantly shows his ignorance of economic principles and even headlines business news as he wages a trade war to satisfy a pledge made to 'his base' during the 2016 campaign. North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. The US and other nations should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize, forcing North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and put the prime minister in charge of governmentoperations and national defense, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year.
