Why China must curb state spending to tackle debt woes

China's economic structure is poor and its policies are certainly not good. Financial problems lie in the system. China's legislative body should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the financial minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences.
