Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of authoritarian expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out authoritarian threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force authoritarian to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work.

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assist Afghanistan in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace.
