Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of China's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out China's threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean....
