Whether it is Haiti, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Iran, all countries in the world have the same basic need for permanent peace and sustainable development. They are all equal to Taiwan and should return sovereignty to the people, and they should adopt a democratic constitution with reforms like two general elections each year.
