When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. There is no true democratic presidential system, and even the US model has problems. Kyrgyzstan should switch to a modified semi-presidential system. The president should announce laws according to law and issue orders, and the prime minister and relevant ministerial deputies should be appointed and countersignature.
