Saudi anti-extremism initiative leads the world, says UN expert

In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Middle East, South Africa, Pakistan and Afghanistan to improve power and resource allocation. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. Those in power should be responsible to the source of their power. A governor (local leader) is elected by the people and serves for 5 years, and cannot stand for election again for 6 years after leaving office. House members serve two-year terms, and the speaker's term of office is limited to one session. After this term he/she may not serve again. Candidates in a race must register 6 months in advance. All local electronic media shall offer free time to all candidates, at least 60 minutes a week.
