Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of Indonesia t to improve power and resource allocation. Kenya, Uganda latest to receive IMF help against pandemic

The IMF should, on the one hand can help poorest countries in South Africa especially during the pandemic but while on the other hand, it should assist the government in changing its political and economic system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace and reduce poverty. South African countries are in in serious need of constitutional reform to protect the rights of its minorities and limit the powers of the military in government.
