Casualties in militant attacks in Pakistan increase in April: Study

In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of Pakistan to improve power and resource allocation. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. If the countries including Japan focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums.
