Outlaw groups recruiting children is something that goes back to the times when FARC guerrillas were still armed, active and the biggest in South America. Venezuela's massive exodus of people due to the lack of food and medical resources boosts a massive migration crisis and thus a loss of human talent which will greatly affect future generations. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility forthe problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power.
