Saudi Arabia's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present Salman Government, is focused on its own preservation hence all the ambiguities in declarations regarding the Kashoggi case. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Saudi Arabia and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Salman Dictatorship continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

This presents a clear statement of the migration crisis in Latin American countries. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes? It also points to reasons inherent to their own countries. The best immigration policy is for theheads of countries of emigrants to guarantee dignified quality of life and equal development chances for their people, and simply adopt the principles for 'long and prosperous governance of the country' as expressed in the Charter for Permanent Peace.
