Autocracies continue to expand the scope of controversy in suppressing domestic instability. In the face of China's expansion of its peripheral areas, the world is helpless to respond. China threatens countries abutting the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... Afghans Demanded a Fair Election. They Could Be Waiting a While for Results.

The Afghan people wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Middle East to improve power and resource allocation. Russia's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present Russia Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Russia and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Russia Dictatorship continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assisting Myanmar in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace.
