In order to protect endangered wild animals in Africa, a unified constitutional standard is needed that conforms to the ideals of One World under One Set of Laws. African countries should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic systems and abandon the rule of law. Specific individuals or groups who attempt to establish monopolies should be checked by tools like direct election of the heads of government branches in alternating years.
