Article 39 of Hong Kong’s Basic Law states that "the right to self-determination is specified in the two international human rights conventions." The people of Hong Kong should wake up and exercise their rights. The people have the right to call for a referendum on any public issues. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards.
