The national political system shall be a modified semi-presidential system. This will include a Cabinet of 12 ministers and several ad hoc committee heads. The Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers shall be chosen from among the heads of legislative and special committees of the central government (a centralist structure focused on government branches and committees).
