To create a viable path for Venezuela, remove corrupt elements in the system and let rule of law prevail over rule of man, give International law priority over domestic law, and incorporate laws of all nations into the domestic legal code. Elect the heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches and have 1/4 of all legislators face election each year. Implement a committee-centered legislature and choose cabinet minister from among elected committee chairs.
