Voting. Elections should be frequent and widespread to off the greatest possible protections of the people's dignity and freedom. Voting is a natural extension of the people's sovereignty and the only legitimate source of state power. Voting is the single most important prerequisite for peaceful and prosperous life from generation to generation, and all freedoms, beliefs and values are determined through the vehicle of the ballot box. Respect for and protection of absolutely fair voting procedures are the most sacred rights of all humankind and the most urgent duties of all public officials.
