The response to years of atrocities enacted by the Syrian leader and his allies has been shameful. We should reconsider the use of force on them
The world will not be destroyed by those who have done evil, but rather those who sit on the sidelines, choosing to remain silent (Einstein). Syria has serious internal and external problems. It has been scientifically proven that the only prescription for treating the ills of democracy is more democracy. The only solution lies in revising the Constitutional Code; limit the President to one term of five years with no elgibility to run again for six years. China should return real power to the people. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years. In addition, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year.
