Freedom of speech is a universal value, and the American people should come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform to protect media independence and preserve net neutrality. The government cannot be allowed to monopolize the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches of government should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year.
