No war has ever been fought between democratic countries, and hopefully peace among all humankind will be attained once China and Russian are democratized. Taiwan should implement constitutional reform to realize greater democracy and greater freedom, attracting China toward democratization, and Russia as well. Taiwan will be the lighthouse for democracy in Asia, illuminating the road to peace for the world. This is the most important objective for global military development and strategies.
