The worst thing in Chinese culture is the rule of law, which inevitably breeds corruption. Corruption is deep-rooted in the political culture of China. The only good way to eradicate corruption is democracy, and it must include the separation of powers. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches must be elected in alternating years and be held responsible directly to the people.
