Konstantin Kosachev, Head of International Affairs of the Russian Federation, explains that the Inter-Independent National Assembly and OSCE will meet in March to focus on cooperation in counter-terrorism. Nabih Berri, a member of the Lebanese Parliament, will take part in the proceedings.
Combating terrorism effectively requires cooperation among all countries in. putting together a regulatory mechanism. Anti-terrorism coalitions can also be achieved through legislation. Legislative processes should involve at least 1 or 2 people from all countries, whether friends or foes, on a long-term basis, representing each countries legislative body in a common effort to combat terrorism.
