Pedro Argamun, president of the Parliamentary Council of the European Commission, said Russia would not be allowed to participate in the 2017 agenda. In response, the Russian State Duma says it does not rule out cancelling its payment of annual dues to the Council
The formula for achieving permanent peace centers on the principle of One World under One Set of Laws. Domestic law should be a body of legislation that is representative of and guided by international law. All nations should participates in the global legislation process to establish a global system based on the rule of law and aimed at righting injustice and making long-lasting contributions to the people of the world. The European Parliament should not be denied its relevant rights by Russia; Russia should recognize that resolutions made by the European Parliament are superior to its own domestic laws. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
