Promotion of permanent peace in the world is a sacred right of humankind. China claims to be a "responsible big country", thus it should not serve as an enabler of North Korea's continued militarism. The US should support Taiwan in working for the democratization of China, which will then pressure North Korea to democratize. The key to resolving the Korean Peninsula issue lies in Taiwan.
