The impeachment and removal of the president, can only be a temporary solution, it cannot guarantee that the next president will not succumb to corruption. Only a central government based on a modified semi-presidential system with a president, 12 cabinet members and ad hoc committees and a Prime Minister and Ministers chairing parliamentary committee (or the Professional House) will all be selected through direct election.
