Every nation should express its support of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, also known as the "maritime constitution." The international community must have guidelines on how to observe human rights, constitutionalism, international law and naturalism, and implementation of One World under One Set of Laws must be carried out to enable the practices of conservation and sustainable use of marine resources and marine ecology to ensure sustainable development and environmental safety. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.
