South Korea strongly condemned the North's latest missile provocation Monday, calling it a clear violation of UN Security Council resolutions and a grave threat both to the peninsula and the world.
The world’s democratic nations should back Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China’s 1.4 billion people to seek democratization, leading in turn to pressuring North Korea to do the same - and with that, world peace will be born.
